[Jae-ha knows that, even as he looks up and finds a throwing knife lodged into one of the pillars in the castle. He continues to stare, and stare, and stare... but he also recognizes it as his knife. Or even if it isn't his knife, it's finally a weapon that he knows how to use.

So he's still caught between his choices.

When Evan walks by, he'll glance over and wave him down - ]

Tell me, am I seeing things? Do you notice anything up there?

[pointing up at the pillar...]

[Jae-ha's going to go find Fane!! He's got a blanket around his shoulders now in an attempt for modesty despite his Extreme Sunburn Problem along with the neat little shallow slash across his chest, but he's still Trying His Best.

He'll have one hand behind his back while the other knocks against whatever door frame is closest to whatever room he finds Fane in.]

... I realize my timing leaves a bit to be desired, but I do think I owe it to you to face you after my mistake on Monday.

Away from everyone else - he needs to see him. So he visits the kitchen first, and he makes something delicious without any help - and he makes a cup of coffee.

Let me explain-
My name is Jae-ha, the beautiful beast. I'm a pirate, and a bandit, and a lover of the world.
I'm an admirer of your work, and the bravery that you all display in order to help others.
In truth, I used to be a poor, sorrowful young man locked away from the beauty of the outside.
When you go around to different tribe lands, stick your nose in people's business, and demand that they have hope -
You save people like the man that I used to be.
I suppose you could say that you saved me.

My body is failing in my years, and I'm afraid I ran into a set of circumstances that I couldn't run from.
But don't be mistaken.
My story is a happy one.
