I am a government official, and I like to believe I have at least not become corrupted. A large part of that, however, is not deciding who lives and dies while I have some form of power like this.

He certainly doesn't seem angry... maybe more pitying than anything. He might've been of the wrong mind with this game, but the objectives ended up being totally ridiculous, and he will never feel as though he was in the wrong for at least trying to find another way.]
[ - Jae-ha can understand that much. The rest... he struggles with. He takes the letter back and tucks into his coat, running an agitated hand through his hair in the next moment.]
... but it answers a few things, at least. Apparently he has the role of Editor - or at least, that's what he was implying to me. My guess is either that Zelos is his partner... or in general some kind of willing participant.
[In the same way that Jae-ha would've followed Sousei with whatever he chose to do.
I suspect he is at the end of his rope. As to whether or not that is good or bad...

It is what he is. The worst that can happen is that he will continue to survive, and not rest. Likely, the best option for him at this point would be to die.
Do you think it would be better for him to continue spiraling amongst the living? To continue to kill those who they set him against, whether it is what he wishes to do or not?
He made this decision for some reason - because he thought it was the best course of action from the start. He might as well see it through to the end, so we and everyone else he killed didn't die for no reason.
