It sounds like an invitation and feels like a challenge - and Jae-ha seems to take a moment where he has to double-check, to be certain that this isn't the castle messing with him, before he just settles on a laugh. He's surprised, but it quickly settles into amusement. There's an opportunity here and he doesn't plan to miss it.
