Anyone can kill. Just like anyone can be a victim. Most of it comes down to circumstance.
[But the more vulnerable you are, the easy it is to fall into those roles, and that's why Sanji wonders...]
One of the girls... I wouldn't be surprised if she got desperate enough to kill, for instance. That's just the kind of life she lived.
